Deleting your VotaWallet account

Delete from the app

Open the app → Settings → “Delete account” at the bottom → confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, name, settings, linked Telegram).
• All financial records: accounts, transactions, receipts and receipt photos, categories, budgets, tags, debts.
• Family membership links and device push tokens.

Residual copies in infrastructure backups are purged within 30 days.

If you can’t access the app

Email [email protected] from the address your account is registered to, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete the account manually within 30 days and confirm by reply.
